For the past 18 years Dick and his wife Janice have owned their own real estate company.   In the last few years the focus has been directed to catering to "Off Market" Luxury Hotels Globally. 
  
   At the begining of their endeavors, in 1978 the Tremblay's purchased a magnificent 420 acre parcel in New Hampshire, built an 18 hole golf course, 32 room Inn, a fine dining restaurant and lounge.

    For 10 years they catered to top corporate executives hosting business meetings for such companies as Honeywell, IBM, Digital and golf clientele from the northeast. Over the years the Tremblays have built homes and developed luxury real estate. Dick Tremblay is a life member of PGA of America bringing a special level of expertise in the area of evaluating top golf course resorts.

    Together their business strengths and knowledge of operating a four season resort with fine dining and lodging has provided valuable knowledge of the hospitality industry.
